Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with you order, please call us immediately on 07 578 4315 or contact us on our Contact Page. We will gladly exchange an item provided it is in a saleable condition upon it being returned to us. We do not refund, if you have changed your mind about a certain item, so please choose carefully.

Any damaged goods should be notified by calling us on 07 5724000 or contact us on our Contact Page within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace or refund you immediately if any goods are damaged upon delivery.

Replacements items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made or we will refund you immediately should you prefer.

Please ensure all damaged goods are returned to Classic Flyers in their original and unused condition, with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
